Product descriptions, specifications, availability, prices, condition information, and other details may be updated or corrected at any time without notice.

Our inventory may include aviation products in various conditions, including, as applicable:

Used
Serviceable
Overhauled
Repaired
As Removed

The condition specifically stated in the individual product listing controls.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the product listing, an As Removed or used component is not represented or warranted by Frassi Aeroparts as airworthy, serviceable, approved for return to service, or eligible for installation on any particular aircraft, engine, propeller, appliance, or other aviation product.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product photographs, descriptions, part numbers, serial numbers, markings, condition statements, documentation, certifications, and traceability information provided with the listing before purchase.

Any FAA Form 8130-3, manufacturer certificate, maintenance release, trace documentation, logbook information, yellow tag, serviceable tag, or other documentation will be specifically identified when included with a product. No documentation should be assumed to be included unless expressly stated.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to limit quantities available to any customer, geographic area, or jurisdiction.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Frassi Aeroparts reserves the right to accept or decline an order for any lawful reason at our discretion.

Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and successfully process the applicable payment.

Once an order has been accepted or processed, we may not be able to accommodate a cancellation.

If we decline, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, telephone number, billing information, or other contact information provided with the order.

Purchases are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy, available on our website.

Products may be purchased for personal, commercial, maintenance, repair, operational, resale, or other lawful aviation-related purposes.

Customers purchasing products for resale, export, installation, maintenance, repair, or commercial use are solely responsible for determining whether the product is appropriate and legally permitted for the intended purpose.

Aviation Product Eligibility

The purchaser is solely responsible for confirming:

Correct part number
Aircraft, engine, propeller, or equipment applicability
Installation eligibility
Airworthiness requirements
Certification requirements
Required documentation or traceability
Compliance with applicable maintenance manuals
Compliance with Airworthiness Directives
Compliance with applicable FAA regulations and approved data

A reference to an aircraft, engine, or equipment model in a product description is provided as general information and does not constitute a representation that the part is approved or eligible for installation on every aircraft or configuration of that type.

Final determination of airworthiness and installation eligibility must be made by an appropriately qualified and, when required, certificated aviation professional.

Export Compliance

Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable U.S. and international export control laws, sanctions, trade restrictions, customs requirements, and import regulations.

Frassi Aeroparts reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or restrict any transaction that we reasonably believe may violate applicable export controls, sanctions, laws, regulations, or compliance requirements.

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, availability, and promotions are subject to change without notice.

The price charged for a product will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is submitted and will be reflected in your order confirmation.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed prices do not include applicable sales tax, shipping, handling, customs duties, import charges, brokerage fees, or other governmental charges.

Prices offered through our website may differ from prices available at our physical location, through marketplaces, through direct sales, or through other sales channels.

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccurate prices, inventory errors, or other listing mistakes.

If a material pricing error is discovered after an order has been placed, we may cancel the affected transaction and refund any applicable payment.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs authorities, government action, airport disruptions, incorrect addresses, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Where permitted by applicable law, title and risk of loss may transfer to the purchaser when the product is delivered to the applicable carrier.

Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Customers purchasing time-sensitive Aircraft on Ground (“AOG”) or expedited shipments are responsible for selecting an appropriate shipping method and verifying estimated carrier service levels.

Frassi Aeroparts is not responsible for consequential expenses resulting from carrier delays, including aircraft downtime, maintenance delays, missed flights, labor costs, or operational losses.

SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services, including text, graphics, branding, designs, photographs, videos, website content, and other original materials, are owned by Frassi Aeroparts, its affiliates, licensors, or applicable third-party rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for lawful purposes associated with browsing or purchasing products.

Except as expressly permitted by law, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, download, store, or commercially exploit our proprietary content without prior authorization.

Frassi Aeroparts names, logos, branding, designs, and slogans are trademarks or intellectual property of Frassi Aeroparts or applicable affiliates or licensors.

Shopify’s name, trademarks, logos, products, and services remain the property of Shopify.

Manufacturer names, logos, trademarks, aircraft names, part numbers, and product names displayed on our Services remain the property of their respective owners.

Reference to a manufacturer, aircraft model, product name, trademark, or part number does not imply that Frassi Aeroparts is affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially authorized by that manufacturer unless expressly stated.

SECTION 7 — OPTIONAL TOOLS

You may be provided access to tools, integrations, payment systems, marketplaces, shipping services, or other functionality provided by third parties.

We do not necessarily monitor or control these third-party tools.

You acknowledge that access to such tools may be provided “as is” and “as available,” subject to the terms and policies of the applicable third-party provider.

Your use of optional third-party tools is at your own discretion and risk.

Frassi Aeroparts is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Frassi Aeroparts. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Frassi Aeroparts, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Frassi Aeroparts.

We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, edit, reject, or remove Feedback that we reasonably determine is unlawful, misleading, abusive, defamatory, infringing, fraudulent, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.

Information available through the Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, omissions, outdated information, incorrect inventory quantities, pricing errors, compatibility errors, or incorrect product specifications.

Product availability shown online is not guaranteed until an order is accepted.

Because products may be offered through multiple sales channels, an item may become unavailable before all inventory systems are updated.

Not conceal or misrepresent automated activity as human activity.
Not circumvent CAPTCHAs or comparable security measures.
Respond truthfully when asked whether an interaction is automated.
Not circumvent technical measures designed to limit automated access.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, or terminate this agreement, in our discretion where permitted by applicable law.

You remain responsible for amounts lawfully due through the date of termination.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including provisions relating to Intellectual Property, Feedback, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, and Privacy.

SECTION 16 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Information presented through the Services is provided for general informational and commercial purposes.

While we make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information, we do not warrant that all descriptions, compatibility information, specifications, photographs, availability information, or other content will be complete or error-free.

Customers must independently verify the suitability and eligibility of aviation products before installation or use.

Except where expressly stated in an individual listing:

Used products are sold in their stated condition.
As Removed products are sold without a representation of airworthiness.
Used and As Removed products are sold without a Frassi Aeroparts warranty.
Manufacturer warranties applicable to new products, if any, are governed by the manufacturer’s own warranty terms.

Frassi Aeroparts does not warrant or represent that purchasing a particular aviation part makes that part eligible for installation on any specific aircraft, engine, propeller, appliance, or other aviation product.

Airworthiness and return-to-service determinations must be made by appropriately qualified or certificated aviation personnel.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” EXCEPT FOR WARRANTIES EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN WRITING.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DURABILITY, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this disclaimer may not apply to you.

SECTION 17 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FRASSI AEROPARTS, ITS OWNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, LICENSORS, AND PARTNERS, AND SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES.

THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION:

Lost profits or revenue
Aircraft downtime
Loss of use
Installation labor
Removal labor
Troubleshooting expenses
Maintenance expenses
Ferry costs
Replacement aircraft expenses
Flight cancellations
Operational delays
Lost business opportunities
Replacement costs
Data loss
Transportation expenses

Customers and installers remain responsible for confirming product eligibility, suitability, compatibility, airworthiness, and proper installation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

SECTION 18 — INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Frassi Aeroparts, Shopify, and our respective affiliates, owners, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable legal expenses arising from:

Your material breach of these Terms.
Your violation of applicable law.
Your violation of a third party’s rights.
Your unlawful use of the Services.
Your unlawful resale, export, installation, modification, or use of products purchased through the Services.

We will provide reasonable notice of an indemnifiable claim where appropriate.

These Terms, together with policies and operating rules referenced herein or posted through the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Frassi Aeroparts concerning your use of the Services.

They supersede prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals concerning the same subject matter.

Any ambiguity in these Terms will not automatically be interpreted against the party that drafted them.

You may not assign, delegate, or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

Any attempted assignment in violation of this provision may be void.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements through which we provide Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to applicable law, you and Frassi Aeroparts consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the appropriate state or federal courts located in Florida for disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services.
