Frassi Aeroparts — Returns & Refunds Policy

At Frassi Aeroparts, we want our customers to receive the correct aircraft parts and aviation supplies in the condition described. Please review the following return and refund terms before making a purchase.

Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in the same condition in which it was received, including any original packaging, documentation, tags, or manufacturer packaging when applicable.

Before returning any item, please contact Frassi Aeroparts to request return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally considered final sale and are not eligible for return unless the item received was materially different from the listing or Frassi Aeroparts made an error in fulfilling the order:

Used or As Removed aircraft parts
Parts that have been installed, mounted, tested, altered, modified, or damaged after delivery
Electrical or electronic components that have been installed or connected
Special-order or specially sourced items
Clearance or final-sale merchandise
Consumables or products with opened or damaged manufacturer packaging
Items without their original identification, tags, packaging, or documentation where applicable

Because aircraft parts may have specific installation, certification, and compatibility requirements, customers are responsible for confirming the correct part number, application, eligibility, and compatibility with their aircraft or equipment before purchase and installation.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Misrepresented Items

If you receive an incorrect item, an item damaged during shipment, or an item that materially differs from the description provided at the time of purchase, please contact us as soon as possible with your order information and photographs of the item and packaging.

If Frassi Aeroparts determines that the issue resulted from an error on our part, we will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement, return, or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from an error by Frassi Aeroparts or the item received was materially different from the product description.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

Customers should use a trackable and adequately insured shipping method when returning merchandise. Frassi Aeroparts is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

Once a returned item is received, it will be inspected to confirm that it meets the applicable return requirements.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Items returned in a condition that differs from the condition in which they were originally sold may be denied a refund or may be subject to a reduction in the refund amount.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment when possible. Once an order has been shipped, the standard return policy applies.

Special-order or specially sourced products may not be cancelable once the order has been placed with the supplier.

Aviation Parts Disclaimer

Frassi Aeroparts sells new, used, serviceable, and As Removed aviation products depending on the individual listing. The condition stated on each product page controls.

Unless specifically stated otherwise in the product listing, Frassi Aeroparts does not represent that a used or As Removed component is airworthy or eligible for installation on any particular aircraft. Final determination of airworthiness, eligibility, compatibility, and installation must be made by the appropriately qualified person or certificated aviation professional.
