Frassi Aeroparts — Shipping Policy

Frassi Aeroparts currently ships orders within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping through our online store at this time.

Shipping Charges

Frassi Aeroparts does not offer free shipping unless explicitly stated as part of a specific promotion.

All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will be calculated based on factors such as:

Destination
Package size and weight
Shipping method selected
Carrier rates
Applicable handling or special packaging requirements

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout whenever available.

Processing Times

Orders are processed as quickly as reasonably possible after payment has been received and the order has been accepted.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, special packaging requirements, or other operational factors.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped using carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other available shipping providers.

Carrier selection may depend on the destination, package dimensions, weight, service level, and product requirements.

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timing is subject to the carrier’s operations and policies.

Frassi Aeroparts is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, service disruptions, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping may be available for certain orders.

Any additional costs associated with expedited, overnight, next-day, or other priority shipping services are the responsibility of the buyer.

Customers requiring time-sensitive or Aircraft on Ground (AOG) shipments are encouraged to contact Frassi Aeroparts before placing the order so that available shipping options can be reviewed.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at our North Perry Airport location by appointment only.

Customers selecting pickup must wait until Frassi Aeroparts confirms that the order is ready and a pickup time has been arranged before arriving.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Any additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, failed delivery attempt, or package returned to Frassi Aeroparts may be charged to the customer.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If an order arrives visibly damaged, customers should retain the product and all original packaging and contact Frassi Aeroparts as soon as possible.

If a package is lost or damaged while in transit, we will assist with the applicable carrier claim process when reasonably possible.

Any reimbursement, replacement, or resolution involving carrier loss or damage may be subject to the carrier’s investigation and policies.

Shipping Restrictions

Frassi Aeroparts reserves the right to refuse or cancel shipments that cannot legally or safely be transported to the requested destination or that are subject to carrier, regulatory, hazardous-material, export, or other shipping restrictions.
