Términos y condiciones

Welcome to Frassi Aeroparts. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Frassi Aeroparts website, including any purchases, requests for quotations, communications, products, services, and information made available through the website.

By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, requesting a quotation, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please do not use the website or place an order if you do not agree with them.

1. About Frassi Aeroparts

Frassi Aeroparts supplies aircraft parts, components, accessories, consumables, tools, and related aviation products to aircraft owners, operators, maintenance professionals, repair facilities, and other customers.

2. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, part numbers, photographs, pricing, availability, condition information, and technical details. However, website content may occasionally contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or typographical mistakes.

Product photographs may be representative only. Packaging, labeling, color, configuration, serial numbers, date codes, manufacturer markings, and other characteristics may vary from the images displayed.

Information on this website is provided for general commercial and informational purposes and should not be treated as maintenance instructions, engineering advice, an approved technical publication, or a determination that a particular part is eligible for installation on a specific aircraft.

3. Aircraft-Part Eligibility and Buyer Responsibility

The buyer is responsible for confirming that every product ordered is correct, eligible, suitable, and approved for the buyer’s intended application before purchase, installation, or use.

This includes verifying, as applicable:

  • Part number and alternate or superseded part numbers;
  • Aircraft, engine, propeller, or component applicability;
  • Required approvals, certifications, and traceability;
  • Current service bulletins and airworthiness directives;
  • Time limits, shelf-life limits, cure dates, and life limits;
  • Maintenance-manual and illustrated-parts-catalog requirements;
  • Required inspection, testing, overhaul, or return-to-service documentation; and
  • Compliance with FAA regulations and all other applicable requirements.

Any interchange, cross-reference, supersession, or suggested replacement provided by Frassi Aeroparts is informational unless expressly confirmed in writing. Final eligibility and installation determinations must be made by the aircraft owner or operator and an appropriately qualified and authorized aviation maintenance professional.

Purchase of a product from Frassi Aeroparts does not, by itself, establish that the product is approved or eligible for installation on a particular aircraft.

4. Product Condition

Products may be offered in different conditions, including new, new surplus, overhauled, repaired, serviceable, inspected, used, or as removed.

The applicable condition will be identified in the product listing, quotation, invoice, packing slip, certification documents, or other written sales documentation.

Terms describing product condition do not create an additional warranty beyond the specific written representations provided with the product. Products identified as “as removed” or similar are supplied in their documented condition and may require inspection, testing, repair, overhaul, or certification before installation or use.

5. Certifications and Traceability

Available certifications and traceability documents vary by product. Documentation may include, when specifically stated:

  • Manufacturer certificates of conformance;
  • FAA Form 8130-3;
  • EASA Form 1;
  • Authorized release certificates;
  • Maintenance release documentation;
  • Packing slips or invoices showing traceability;
  • Material certifications;
  • Log cards; or
  • Other supporting records.

No particular certification or traceability document is included unless it is expressly listed in the product description, quotation, invoice, or order confirmation.

Customers who require specific documentation must confirm that requirement with Frassi Aeroparts before completing the purchase. A product cannot be assumed to include an FAA Form 8130-3 or other authorized release certificate solely because it is described as new, serviceable, repaired, or overhauled.

6. Quotations

Unless otherwise stated in writing, quotations are estimates and are subject to:

  • Product availability;
  • Prior sale;
  • Verification of condition and documentation;
  • Manufacturer or supplier price changes;
  • Shipping and handling charges;
  • Applicable taxes, duties, tariffs, and fees; and
  • Final acceptance by Frassi Aeroparts.

A quotation does not reserve inventory or create a binding obligation to sell unless Frassi Aeroparts confirms the order in writing.

The validity period stated on the quotation will control. When no validity period is stated, Frassi Aeroparts may revise or withdraw the quotation before accepting the customer’s order.

7. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An automatically generated confirmation or acknowledgment only confirms that the order request was received and does not necessarily constitute acceptance.

An order becomes binding when Frassi Aeroparts issues a final order confirmation, accepts payment, ships the product, or otherwise confirms acceptance in writing.

Frassi Aeroparts may refuse, limit, cancel, or place an order on hold for reasons including:

  • Product unavailability;
  • Pricing or description errors;
  • Suspected fraud;
  • Payment problems;
  • Documentation requirements;
  • Supplier restrictions;
  • Export-control concerns;
  • Restricted destinations or end users;
  • Safety concerns; or
  • Inability to verify the customer or transaction.

When an order is canceled after payment, Frassi Aeroparts will issue the appropriate refund, subject to any lawful nonrefundable charges or commitments previously disclosed to the customer.

8. Prices and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Shipping, insurance, handling, taxes, duties, customs charges, hazardous-material fees, expedited-service charges, credit-card fees, and other applicable costs may be charged separately. All mandatory charges will be disclosed before the customer is required to complete the transaction or will be identified in the applicable quotation or invoice.

Payment must be made using a payment method accepted by Frassi Aeroparts. Customers represent that they are authorized to use the payment information provided.

Frassi Aeroparts reserves the right to correct pricing errors before accepting or shipping an order. When a material pricing error is discovered after payment, the customer will be given the opportunity to approve the corrected price or cancel the affected order for a refund.

9. Taxes, Duties and Customs Charges

Customers are responsible for all applicable sales taxes, use taxes, import taxes, customs duties, brokerage charges, tariffs, and similar governmental assessments, except where Frassi Aeroparts is legally required to collect and remit them directly.

International customers are responsible for determining the import requirements applicable in the destination country.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless Frassi Aeroparts expressly agrees to a guaranteed service in writing.

Delivery dates may be affected by product availability, supplier delays, carrier disruptions, weather, customs processing, documentation requirements, hazardous-material restrictions, or events outside our reasonable control.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional expenses resulting from an incorrect address, refused shipment, unsuccessful delivery attempt, or customer-requested redirection may be charged to the customer.

The applicable shipping terms, transfer of title, and risk of loss will be identified in the quotation, invoice, order confirmation, or shipping documents. Customers should inspect shipments promptly and retain all packaging when reporting damage, shortages, or shipping discrepancies.

11. Inspection and Order Discrepancies

Customers must inspect products promptly after delivery.

Any claim involving an incorrect product, shortage, visible damage, shipping damage, missing documentation, or material discrepancy must be reported to Frassi Aeroparts as soon as reasonably possible and within any period stated in the quotation, invoice, or Return Policy.

The customer should not install, modify, disassemble, test, operate, or otherwise alter a product that may need to be returned.

Frassi Aeroparts may request photographs, packaging, shipping labels, serial numbers, lot numbers, certification documents, inspection findings, or other information when evaluating a claim.

12. Returns and Cancellations

No product may be returned without prior written authorization from Frassi Aeroparts and, when required, a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

Return eligibility, return deadlines, restocking charges, and shipping responsibility will be governed by the product listing, quotation, invoice, order confirmation, or applicable Return Policy.

The following products may be nonreturnable unless Frassi Aeroparts agrees otherwise in writing:

  • Special-order or customer-specific products;
  • Products obtained specifically for a customer;
  • Installed, used, altered, damaged, or contaminated products;
  • Products returned without their original packaging or documentation;
  • Electrical or electronic components;
  • Opened consumables, chemicals, sealants, lubricants, or hazardous materials;
  • Products with expired or reduced shelf life;
  • Life-limited or serialized components;
  • Products sold as final sale, clearance, or as removed; and
  • Products whose condition or traceability can no longer be verified.

Approved returns must be securely packaged and shipped in accordance with Frassi Aeroparts’ instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

13. Warranties

Some products may include a manufacturer, repair-station, supplier, or other third-party warranty. Those warranties are provided solely under the terms issued by the applicable third party.

Frassi Aeroparts does not extend or modify a third-party warranty unless expressly agreed in writing.

Except for any express written warranty provided with a product, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, products and website content are provided “as is” and “as available.” Frassi Aeroparts disclaims implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement, to the extent such disclaimers are legally permitted.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Federal warranty law may restrict the disclaimer of implied warranties when a seller provides a written consumer-product warranty. (Federal Trade Commission)

14. Installation and Maintenance

Aircraft parts and aviation products must be inspected, handled, stored, installed, maintained, and approved for return to service by appropriately qualified and authorized persons when required.

Frassi Aeroparts is a parts supplier and does not represent that purchasing a product through the website constitutes approval for installation, return to service, or operation.

Customers must follow all applicable manufacturer instructions, approved technical data, maintenance manuals, regulatory requirements, storage requirements, and safety procedures.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frassi Aeroparts will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of use, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business, aircraft downtime, substitute transportation, or maintenance delays.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frassi Aeroparts’ total liability arising from a product, order, transaction, or use of the website will not exceed the amount paid to Frassi Aeroparts for the specific product or transaction giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

16. Export Compliance

Products sold by Frassi Aeroparts may be subject to United States export-control laws, sanctions, restrictions, licensing requirements, and end-use or end-user limitations.

Customers agree not to export, reexport, transfer, divert, release, or use any product in violation of applicable law. Customers must provide accurate information regarding the final destination, end user, aircraft, operator, consignee, and intended use when requested.

Frassi Aeroparts may refuse, suspend, or cancel a transaction when export authorization may be required or when the transaction presents a compliance concern. The customer is responsible for obtaining any required import permits, export licenses, governmental authorizations, or destination-country approvals.

17. Prohibited Website Use

Customers may not use the website to:

  • Violate any law or regulation;
  • Provide false or misleading information;
  • Commit fraud or attempt an unauthorized transaction;
  • Interfere with the website’s operation or security;
  • Introduce malicious code;
  • Collect information about other users without authorization;
  • Copy or exploit website content without permission; or
  • Purchase products for a prohibited destination, party, end use, or activity.

Frassi Aeroparts may restrict or terminate website access when these Terms are violated.

18. Intellectual Property

The Frassi Aeroparts name, Frassi Aviation branding, logos, graphics, photographs, website design, written content, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Frassi Aeroparts and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Website content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, modified, displayed, or commercially used without prior written authorization.

Manufacturer names, product names, trademarks, and part numbers belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on the website is for product identification and does not necessarily indicate sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.

19. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may contain links to payment processors, shipping carriers, manufacturers, suppliers, social-media platforms, or other third-party websites.

Frassi Aeroparts does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, privacy practices, products, or services. Use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s separate terms and policies.

20. Privacy

Personal information collected through the website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By submitting information through the website, customers confirm that the information is accurate and that they are authorized to provide it.

21. Electronic Communications

By contacting Frassi Aeroparts through the website or placing an order electronically, customers consent to receiving transaction-related communications electronically, including quotations, order confirmations, invoices, shipping notices, and policy notices.

Electronic records and communications may have legal effect under applicable Florida law. (Legislatura de Florida)

22. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any transaction with Frassi Aeroparts will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute through direct communication.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing, any legal action relating to these Terms or a transaction with Frassi Aeroparts must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Broward County, Florida.

23. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

24. No Waiver

A failure by Frassi Aeroparts to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce that provision or any other provision later.

25. Changes to These Terms

Frassi Aeroparts may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on this website with a revised effective date.

Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law. Continued use of the website after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
